We know you are super excited to receive your goodies, so with this in mind we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-72 hours (Monday - Friday).
We are partnered with Australia Post and offer both a standard and express delivery option.
Standard shipping: Between 3-5 business days
Express shipping: Between 1-3 days
Rural areas: Allow up to 10 days

Shipping - International
Yes, we ship internationally and offer a flat rate cost of $25.
Return & Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.
If you believe your product may be faulty, we will happily offer a replacement item within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Returning your goods

Please ensure to include your full name and order number as well as any pictures or information regarding your faulty product.
Goods must be sent via tracked courier to ensure your parcel does not go missing. Bubzi The Label is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your request once the original item/s have been received back into our warehouse.
